MicroScreen Brings Stencil Manufacturing Expertise to SMTA Guadalajara

Microscreen SMTA Guadalajara

MicroScreen will exhibit at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum on October 7-8, 2026, at Expo Guadalajara Salón Jalisco Hall D & E in Guadalajara, Mexico. The company will share Booth 234 with SMTVYS Technology, giving attendees direct access to stencil manufacturing expertise and local technical support.

As more electronics manufacturing moves into Mexico, MicroScreen continues to work with EMS providers and OEMs throughout the region to support solder paste printing performance across a wide range of applications.

What MicroScreen Will Be Showing

At Booth 234, MicroScreen will showcase its complete line of SMT stencil solutions, including laser-cut production stencils, step stencils, mini stencils, and its MicroGlide nanocoating technologies.

Visitors can learn about MicroGlide Platinum, MicroScreen’s heat-fused nanocoating that helps improve solder paste release, reduces paste buildup, and maintains its performance without flaking or chipping. The company will also feature MicroGlide, a wipe-on coating that can be applied in minutes to reduce underside cleaning and improve printing efficiency.

Every MicroScreen production stencil is inspected using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and the company maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification and ITAR registration.

Supporting Electronics Manufacturers in Mexico

“Mexico continues to be an important market for MicroScreen, and SMTA Guadalajara gives us an opportunity to meet with both existing customers and manufacturers who are looking for a stencil supplier focused on quality and service,” said Steve Thomas, President of MicroScreen. “We’re looking forward to discussing our stencil capabilities and coating technologies.”

For more than 45 years, MicroScreen has manufactured precision stencils for applications across automotive, aerospace, defense, medical devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, and industrial controls.
